Hi, I am Goda
Hi, I’m Goda—a Vancouver-based photographer with a deep-rooted passion for the hospitality industry and a lifelong connection to visual storytelling.
I come from the quirky quarters of Old Town Vilnius and a family of architects, which meant I was always surrounded by creativity, design, and structure. I’ve had a visual mind for as long as I can remember—always drawn to composition, light, and the feeling a single frame can carry.
Before picking up the camera full-time, I spent over 15 years working in restaurants and bars across London, Barcelona, Toronto, and now Vancouver. From bartending to managing, I’ve experienced hospitality from the inside out—and that lived experience shapes how I capture the rhythm, emotion, and atmosphere of every moment.
I studied Contemporary Media Practice at the University of Westminster in London, where I explored everything from film to digital arts. I started with music and choreography videos (a passion I still hold), dabbled in fashion, and eventually found my home in food, event, and brand photography. Today, I specialize in working with restaurants, bars, and food & beverage brands to create visual content that feels authentic and compelling—whether it's a curated shoot for a new menu or a lively event buzzing with energy.
When I’m not shooting or editing, I’m usually off the grid in nature with my dog, Cooper—who also stars in my dog photography projects. Whether it’s a bustling service, a private party, or a beautifully garnished cocktail, I aim to capture the real moments that tell your story best.
Let’s create something delicious—and maybe a little offbeat.
